Most recently I was Director of Finance, Operations & IT at a power-services company, where I moved legacy systems to the cloud and configured generator control systems. I also co-founded Caught, a mobile app for trading-card dealers that's live on the App Store and Google Play. Before that, twelve years at Allstate, from the phones to VP of Operations.

Off the clock I'm usually tinkering with my home lab, building projects with Claude and digging into how they work under the hood, vending at trading-card shows, or outside: hiking national parks, fishing, camping, boating and operating heavy machinery.

Co-founder

A point-of-sale and inventory app for trading-card shops and show vendors. Scan a card to identify and price it, run the buy, sell or trade, and keep inventory, labels and profit current. My partner and I came up with it while vending at card shows ourselves, then built it together from the first prototype to launch on both stores.

  • Co-founded Caught with a partner and took it from idea through a six-month TestFlight beta with real testers to launch on the App Store and Google Play in September 2026.
  • Drove the product direction: originated most of the feature set from our own card-show vending, including scanning, live pricing, buy/sell/trade and inventory.
  • Tested and debugged builds on real devices before release, and contributed to development of the React Native app and FastAPI backend.
  • Handled marketing and customer support for the launch.
